Bye bye bag
Bye bye bag

28th July 2007

(with apologies to the Everly Brothers)

Bye bye bag

Bye bye messiness

Hello cleanliness

You won’t see me cry

Bye bye my bag good bye

There goes my stoma

I’m on the loo

I sure am happy

Managed a poo

And here’s the reason

That I’m so free

They took away my

Ileostomy

Bye bye bag

Bye bye messiness

Hello cleanliness

Can’t help feeling high

Bye bye my bag good bye

I’m through with pouches

And wipes and cream

And bits and pieces

That keep it clean

I’m left with stitches

And a little scar

That sure is nothing

So au revoir

Bye bye bag

Bye bye messiness

Hello cleanliness

You won’t see me cry

Bye bye my bag good bye

I’m through with bacon

Can’t stand the smell

I’ll stick to apples

Peaches as well

I’ll be so healthy

You wait and see

Unless they give me

A colostomy

Bye bye bag

Bye bye messiness

Hello cleanliness

You won’t see me cry

Bye bye my bag good bye

Bye bye my bag good bye

Bye bye my bag good bye

JJ made this comment,
Does this mean...that even in a small sort of way... that things are getting better in the Number 2 department?? Take care
